My mum was hospitalised in September 2019. Due to sepsis
Few days later we found out she had scleroderma
Never heard of it untill then
She later passed away in October 2019. I still find it very hard to come to terms with loseing her but I now she pain free and danceing with the angels...
She was a true fighter till the end 🤍💗
