We lost our mum at just 67yrs, my Dad's wife and our children's Nanny on 27th October this year. She had systematic scleroderma sclerosis so we knew our time was limited but was not expecting so quickly and unexpectedly at that time. We miss her so much as she was the heart of our family, life will never be the same. Heaven has a new Angel 😇 We are now determined to raise awareness of this rare condition for the rest of our lives. We will do you proud Mum❤️. Love you.
